Here at Ridgeline, we’re well known for producing some of the toughest, no-nonsense, heavy-duty waterproofs on the market — and that’s not something we’re planning to change anytime soon.

Having said that, we recognise that our winter-worthy waterproofs can be — well — a bit too much for more temperate weather.

Which is where our Kids' Pintail Classic Smock comes in. It’s the perfect, packable, waterproof smock for both everyday wear — and helping out around the farm or yard.

It’s totally waterproof — with a Hydrostatic Head of 10,000mm — and designed to the same exacting standards as our adult version.

The 2-layer construction features a soft, durable polyester face fabric, laminated to a waterproof-breathable membrane; a loose, polyester mesh lining offers next-to-the-skin comfort.

The large hood is adjustable and features a malleable wired peak for full protection and unrestricted vision.

The zipped chest provides provides handy storage for all your kids' bits and pieces.

Two zipped hand pockets provide both additional storage and somewhere for them to warm up their hands on chilly mornings.

When not in use, the whole smock can be rolled up and packed away into your rucksack or bag — a good tip is to roll it into the hood and then compress it tight, using the hood drawcords, to create a compact, easy-to-stow little ball.
