To cover our costs we charge £6.50 postage and packing for ANY online order, regardless of size.
Your items will be dispatched on the next working day following receipt. Deliveries will be made by Interlink Express courier. We can only deliver goods to the registered card holders address. If these arrangements are inconvenient please contact us and we will make suitable alternative arrangements.
We can accept all major debit and credit cards but Switch is our prefered means of payment as the bank charges involved are considerably lower. Your card will be debited on dispatch of goods. We carry out a quick basic check on your card details when they are entered and will contact you by phone or email if a problem arises.
We will of course accept returns of all faulty goods and will refund the cost of the additional postage involved. Faulty goods can either be refunded or replaced. Goods which are not faulty may be returned within seven days of receipt if unopened and in orginal packaging. We cannot refund the return postage.
